Dalton Block Adhesive

Block Adhesive is a versatile thin jointing mortar ideal for laying AAC blocks, fly ash and bricks. Pre-mixed and ready to use, only water to be added at site to prepare mortar. Compressive and admittance strength is 3-4 times conventional mortar. No curing is required after application. Ready for subsequent application like plastering just after 24 hours of application. Thinner layer of 2-3 mm lesser shrinkage and seamless structure. Reduces material procurement screening, mixing & handling losses on site.

• Coverage  : Approx. 200sft/40kg bag at 3-4mm thickness
• Adjusting time   : 4-5 minutes
• Compressive Strength : 4N/mm2 as per IS 4031 Part 6 after 7 Days
• Flexural Strength : 5.5 N/mm2 as per ASTM 580 after 3 days
• Self curing : No additional curing is required
• Tensile Strength  : 0.60(MV) MPa  on Concrete Block after 28 days 0.55(MV) MPa on AAC Block after 28 days
